I've been using stumble upon. Essentially it's a web surfing suggestion site based on all user who rates thums up/down of a site.

if there is a major user suggestiong your site. It is quite impressive.
if not, it is possible to work together with few friends to build up profiles, then vote for your site. apparently it will start suggesting site to people.

- as a web social bookmarking, it's pretty entertaining. It does suggest a lot of interesting sites.
- for attracting traffic, you gonna need 2-3 other people to initially up blog rating in their machine. |
